Here we have a 5 inch gauge Compass House Baby Deltic. There are four electric motors, two per bogie. The controller is a 24 volt 4QD with a sound card and speaker. There is a remote control hand set which plugs into the rear of the body wired up for direction, speed control and operating the two tone horns. There are 4 lights wired up within the fibreglass body, although the simple final wire connecting them into the battery or controller doesn't appear to have been finished yet.
It comes complete with a pair of good batteries which look pristine, as well as a batter charger and 'tool box' kit with various couplings and bits n bobs for running, and a carrying 'plank' with handles to transport it with ease.
As with all large battery electrics, you get a powerful engine that's easy to transport. The body is really light, and lifts off, and with the batteries removed the chassis is an easy lift too. The whole thing can be put together again in a couple of minutes. A tidy little set up to get you running without any hassle.
