Here we have a 5" gauge GWR 14xx kit from Winson (Modelworks). A nice start has been made on the bottom end, and all the kits are there, mostly all still boxed and bagged as they were when delivered new. What's been done has been carefully and neatly assembled, and the boiler is still brand new in it's box and ready to build. It comes with all it's original paperwork and boiler certificates, so it's a nice project for someone to get their teeth stuck into. There are a lot of these 14xx's that have been finished, and although there will be a few tweaks and modifications necessary to produce a reliable performer from the kit, it's certainly one of Modelworks' better products and there are a great many out there that perform reliably and well.
