Here we have a nice example of a 5" Midland Railway Johnson single, or 'Spinner', as they were known. Made to the well respected 'Prince of Wales' design, this is a nicely model engineered loco. The tender is finished and painted. The bottom end is also pretty much all there and really with a boiler, some plumbing and the odd bit of remaining platework this loco would be there. A great winter project were all the hard work is done, bar the boiler.
