Here we have a 5" Simplex, fully running with fresh hydraulic and steam tests on the silver soldered copper boiler. The engine is finished to the point where it runs and has been used by the previous owner coupled to a tender for the water supply. (We have numerous tenders of different designs in stock if you wish to go that route too). But of course, you could finish this one off with whatever cosmetic bodywork you fancy. Traditional simplex side tanks or perhaps a saddle tank if you felt that way inclined.
Fitted with a pair of injectors for water, currently rigged as mentioned to receive their supply from a driving truck or tender. Lubrication is mechanical and situated on the running board. A great little project where you can just play or you can add a bit of value finishing off the cosmetics.
