Here we have a really interesting and rare project, a 7 1/4" gauge Armstrong 4-4-0 to the 'Gooch' drawings by John Clarke. A really pretty prototype that you don't see modeled a great deal, and a really good project with most of the really hard bits finished.
The silver soldered copper boiler is a lovely brand new professional job from Swindon Boilers that can of course come with a fresh 4 year hydraulic test. The chassis is really nicely machined and made to a high standard of model engineering. The tender appears to be from a separate build, and so although ostensibly complete and competently made, requires finishing and matching up to the loco properly.
We are super busy here in the workshop at the moment, so apologies for the lack of written information here at the moment!
